When you order our services you are given free and unlimited access to our Members only Support web sites. We have two mirrored support sites running on completely independent networks. Each site contains a wide range of FAQs (answers to Frequently Asked Questions), documentation and tutorials. Should these not answer your query then you can send us your question 24 hours a day via our Support Request System. We aim to respond to support requests (and usually complete them) within a maximum of 4 business hours of their receipt, please note this means an actual person dealing with your request, not an automatic email response! Some companies charge extra for support - we don't - it's free and included in the price of your hosting plan!
